Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Each time I try to log in. I receive message "username and Id not valid". After three attempts, my only option was to change password for the third or forth time. Received three different codes to reset passord. Now, I am told to contact support. I just want to gain access to my account with my AHCOPA Instructor, so that they can pay my registration fee so that I can finally take this exam.
