Good morning my name is Cathy Kendrick I was scheduled to take my exam at 11:15am today but the program would not come up, once I checked all of the boxes and pressed Launch the screen was blank , nothing else came up I tried several times with no success so I had to reschedule, please check if there is a problem with the program.

If you experience issues with exam set up, launch, or during your exam, contact Kryterion Support immediately:
Candidates may experience long wait times for support during times of high volume. If your exam times out while you are waiting for support, Kryterion should reschedule you at no charge. Support has informed Kryterion of the blank page you have encountered.
