Thank you for informing us of the issue you are experiencing. To better enable us to resolve the issue, please provide more information by updating this ticket via the link at the bottom of this message. If you have downloaded the app and added your HUD account to the authenticator app you will then log into your HUD account and either click Reset Application or Set Up Application and scan the QR code that will then prompt you to enter the 6-digit code generated by the authenticator app. If you have already one the sets above and set up TFA before you will simply log into your HUD account and when prompted to enter the 6-digit code, you will then open the authenticator app that will generate the 6-digit code needed.

Original Ticket Body: I am so sorry, its me again. I downloaded the google authentication app but it won't give me a code when I try to log in. Any advice?

Yes, my name is Patricia Fascinello and I'm having trouble logging in. My phone number is 774-283-3505. I did send in a ticket yesterday. I was I had downloaded the Google Authenticator app and it won't send me a code to get into it and I don't know what I'm doing so I thought maybe somebody could help me. I did get a message back asking if I had asked me to reset the application, but it wants me to submit a new ticket and I have to sign in for that so which I can't get into it. So if somebody could maybe help me, that would be great because I wanted to sign up for the test. Once again, it's Patricia Fasanello, 774-283-3505, and my e-mail is p.fasanello@gmail.com. Thank you.
