Dear Joyce,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked. Please be advised you do not have to reset your password you will be required to set up the 2-factor authenticator. When prompted to Set Up application you must set up and download one of the following authenticators app below to access your account.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I CONTINUE TO HAVE PROBLEMS ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT. IT APPEARS NOW AFTER RESETTING MY PASSWORD, MY USERNAME OR EMAIL ADDRESS "Joycecollins911@gmail.com" IS NOT RECOGNIZED. I AM NOW ASKED TO RESET MY PASSWORD FOR THE FIFTH TIME. PLEASE DIRECT ME TO A LOCAL HUD OFFICE THAT I CAN GET ONE-ON- ONE HELP. I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING WHY I AM HAVING THIS PROBLEM.
