Dear Rachael,

Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked. If you have already downloaded the authenticator app you can simply login into your HUD account and when prompt to enter the 6-digit code, you will open the authenticator app for this code to generate and enter that into your HUD account. If you are setting up your TFA for the first time you will download the app then login to your HUD account and click on Set Up application or Reset application, you are able to scan the QR code. Please be advised the 6-digit code will not be sent via text or email.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
