Dear HUD Support Team,
I am writing to request assistance with accessing my HUD account. I am currently unable to log in because I do not have the QR code or the setup key needed to link my account to my authenticator app.
Please advise on the steps I need to take to reset or reconfigure the multi-factor authentication so that I can regain access to my account. I am available to verify my identity or provide any necessary information to assist with this process.

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
