Joyce Collins June 21. 2025 to Hud Hi Support Team, I am not receiving the support that I need. I have been trying to register for the two Step Authentication since April 2025. There appears to be a problem with me logging in and out. Once I get in to take practice exams or review material, I can not log back in unless I enter a new password. As per instruction, I have changed my password numerous times which forces me to get numerous Authentications Codes. I have been locked out numerous times and requested live help from and instructions from your team so that I can gain access toregister for the HUD Housing Counselors exam. In response, your team continues to send me the same instructions. I have read your instructions, but there must be something that I am missing. I sought help from a family member who is more computer literate than I am, and the Computer Manager at the Free Library of Philadelphia, Pa. but they do not understand why I can not log back in without changing my password each time. I now have two Authentications Codes that does not acknowledge my log-in name or my email address. I am requesting to meet one-on-one with a local HUD officer to resolve this problem..
