1. I am attempting to complete the Interactive Online Training
Study for the Certification Exam with the HUD Housing Counselors' interactive online training. Unfortunately, I am unable to turn on the audio. Please advise me on if the modules are video only.
2. Downloading Modules - I read that downloading is possible; however, I was unable to see where or how to download them.
Please forgive my ignorance on how to use the training modules, but I look forward to completing them and then passing the exams.

Dear Humphrey,
The online training is interactive, but the videos do not include audio. However, the downloadable study guides do have an audio option. To access this open the Training Center within your account, scroll down to and click on Download Study guide.
Once the page loads click on the desired module to download PDF. Open the PDF and within Adobe go to View > Read Out Loud > Activate Read Out Loud.
The Study guide PDF syncs with the training module so it is recommended to have both open and active at the same time, although you may just listen along if you prefer.
Once you are signed in, select “Training Center” at the top of the page. If you are already signed in, you can access the Training Center launch page directly.
Training is available to anyone who creates an account. You can choose from two study methods: an interactive online training course or a downloadable Study Guide in PDF format. Click on the link PDF Study Guides to download the study guide.
