Reset acct/ TFA instructions provided
HUD Counseling Website needs the Password Reset for the HUD Housing Counselors.
She has the Certification as a Housing Counselor. It says to contact Support when she tries to log in.
Not the FHAC system but Housing Counseling she says.
She sent in an email but has not heard back on it. See the SR above.
Can someone help her to be logged into the Housing Counseling Website, in order for her to sign up for the HECM Counseling exam?
