Dear Gayla,

Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked. Support has disabled your account. Please clear out all open windows and apps. Once you login to your HUD account it will have a link to click on Set Up application. This will generate a new QR code for you to be able to set up your authenticator. Support can be reached at 210-489-1461. 

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

Can I get a number to contact a live Representative to assist me with Registering for the Housing Counselor exam? I had submitted a question, and it was not fully answered and the log in will NOT take my Authenticator app code. My IT dept has helped me up to this point and I need further assistance to get signed up for a Proctored exam ASAP. This has been very frustrating and there must be a simple explanation as I have reset passwords and closed out of Authenticator and reopened then entered the passcode given and it will NOT take the code.
