I'm trying to login to use the study guides and take the study test and it will not let me, can you help me out with this? Thanks. Also, it won't let me login, the system does not' send a verification code.

Dear Francine,
To access the training, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.
Once you are signed in, select “Training Center” at the top of the page. If you are already signed in, you can access the Training Center launch page directly.
Training is available to anyone who creates an account. You can choose from two study methods: an interactive online training course or a downloadable Study Guide in PDF format.
Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
