User Account-Name Updates
I am requesting my name to be changed on my registration form. My legal name is Patricia J. Frederick and I registered as Patty Frederick, therefore, I am unable to take the Housing Counselor Certification Exam until this change has been made. Here is my confirmation number when I registered for the exam.

Dear Patricia,
The exam registration instructions and your confirmation email both state that your exam registration must match your government-issued ID.
First, you must update your name in your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov User Profile by logging into your account and selecting "Edit" on the User Profile Dashboard.
Next, you must transfer the update to Kryterion's Webassessor site. In order to transmit the new information to Webassessor:
You will arrive at the Exam Status Center on Webassessor which means you have successfully transmitted the updated information to Webassessor. The test center or proctor will have immediate access to the updates in Webassessor.
