hi my name is christina i'm trying to log into my account it asked me to change my password which i did and it told me it was successful in changing the password but now when i'm trying to log in to the account it is telling me that i need to call support to have my access reset i'm trying to also register to take the exam tomorrow and i'm also obviously unable to do that or study the material without getting into the account umm if someone could call me back that would be great i did hear in the message to utilize the chat support but i don't see that anywhere on the website my phone number is 973-897-1221 thank you
