- Amount paid
- Date of Payment
- Last four digits of credit card
- Name on credit card if different from your own

Caller is trying to get onto the website for HUD housing counselors to pay for an exam and says the website spins until it times out.

They have tried to pay for it with several different credit cards and nothing has worked.

Caller is very frustrated and needs to know is this a system error? How can she simply pay for the test?
