Dear Alexander,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Please clear all open windows and browsers before logging into your HUD account. Once you log into your HUD account click the lick Set up application and scan the QR code.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I am unable to do the two-factor verification. I can't get a correct authenticator code in MS Authenticator.
