Ticket closed no response
I feel like I need to type in all caps once again the third time I cannot set up authenticator on your site. I just got off the phone with Google. They confirm I get the code for authenticator, but there is no place on your site to put it my head is a noodle. I’ve tried for three days. I’m now sitting here crying. Why can’t you just help me with this? I wouldn’t be calling you. I’m pretty technical. This was working before with other applications Google authenticator but not yours come on man please help me.

Support reached out via phone and left a voicemail to assist you and will try back again later. You must download the Google authenticator app or Microsoft app on either your phone or other device. Once you have downloaded the app you will need to login to your HUD account and click on the link either stating Reset application (if you have already set this up previously) or Set up Application (if you have never set up TFA for your HUD account).
