Dear Valerie,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked. Support suggests downloading Google authenticator app if you Microsoft is not an option. Please be advised you are also able to download the app on your personal phone, laptop ,etc. A QR code is only generated when you log into you HUD account and is unique to the user. You must click on Set up application in order for the QR code to generate.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I am having issues with the two factor identification login process. My work email does not have a Micro Soft account. So I can't receive the code through 2 different authenticator websites. Can you send me a new QR code to see if I can down load it again and see if that will correct the issue? Thank you
