Dear Lisa,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Once you download one of the apps listed below, you will then login to your HUD account and when prompt select Set up application. 

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

my name is lisa luke i can be reached at 231-459-6582 i am locked out of my hud housing counselor's login page i'm scheduled to take the exam on next wednesday august 13th so i need to get this issue taken care of so i can log in to take my exam thank you
