Final Response Notes
Instructions to change online to onsite exam and TFA instructions provided
My name is Timothy Lewis, email address: ttlewis05@aol.com. I set up my biometrics profile and downloaded the secure browser on 8-11-2025. After several attempts to launch the exam, I couldn't. I was scheduled for the exam 8-11-2025, your chat person (Keyandra E) went in and re-scheduled for 12th at 10:15am. I got up this morning sat at the computer at 8:30 am to make sure I was prepared and when 10:15 came, I was unable to sign in to the exam for 25 minutes so, the exam was re-scheduled for 11:00am and the same thing happened. After 25 minutes of trying I was locked out of taking the exam.
I would like to receive refund and go to a testing center locally, and take test. Hinds Community College_Jackson Assessment Center
3925 Sunset Drive, Bivins Hall, Room 115.

I hope you are able to meet my recommendation and accommodation.
