Do certified counselors charge for their services? Can one make money being a certified HUD counselor? I am a Realtor, would those who I counsel be in need of a Realtor, or would they have one already? What are the benefits of becoming a certified HUD counselor?

I am trying to log into my portal to set up and pay for the Counselor Certification exam however I am getting a notification that my account has been blocked. Please let me know how to fix this ASAP. thank you

It keeps asking me to contact support to change my password. When I change it and go to enter it ,it never recognizes it. I need to cancel my appointment for my online HECM test for Monday since my IT department could not set it up what was requested per guidelines. They suggested I go in person.
