Seem to be locked out of my account. Am being sent to "Support" for help but there is no help there.
Am scheduled to take HECM exam 2/20 at 1:30 EST. If I can't get this resolved, I will need to cancel by 1:30EST today.

I need technical support with receiving a verification code to log into my account. I downloaded the google to connect to my iphone to receive a verification code and for some apparent reason, the codes that display that I key in does not work. As a result, I missed my exam date on Tuesday, Feb. 18th. I need to get in to reschedule my exam. PLEASE HELP!
