Hi, my name is Chelsea Johnson again, my name is Chelsea Johnson I was scheduled to take the online HUD counselor exam yesterday at 2:30. I was unable to log into my account for some reason. It kept giving me an error message that said contact support to reset your access. I tried to my password and I never received the confirmation of how to do so.

I am using the HUD exam resource (Training Modules) and it continues to freeze preventing me from going on with the course selection. Unsure what the glitch is that is affecting this for me.

I'm not able to connnect to the knowledge assessment module. I was reviewing the two Mod 6 assessment, and I could not go all the way through each of them. Both stop at the 75% of each of the mod 6 assessment. I wanted to go to the Fair housing section, and now I'm not able to fet into the Modules

With changes with Trump Federal employees firings. I'm supposed to take my housing counseling exam. this month February 28th. Am I able still to do that with the Federal firing changes? Is HUD still to be existed? Since Trump is closing Federal offices? I'm confused on what's going on and perplex on what to do now? Will I get a $60 refund for exam fee if Trump has closed Federal Agencies

Hello Team I was registering myself when my laptop went off, so when I returned and tried to continue registering for a new account, the system told me, "The username kherrera is already taken. The email address kherrera@medasf.org is already taken," so when I try to log in, it asks me for a password, but I never set it up. Can you please help me?
