I have registered and paid for a HUD exam and was supposed to be scheduled for Wednesday February 12th at 2pm Pacific/Honolulu time. Now it is no longer showing on my account that I am registered for any exam nor is it showing my past attempts. I have paid for a third attempt and do not want to have to pay again for something that has already been paid for. My HUD account is also not showing me my practice exam attempts. Please advise on how to proceed.

Novella Williams (nwilliams@caphennepin.org) created an account about 2 weeks ago to do the training modules on https://hudhousingcounselors.com/ but she still doesn't have access. Do you know how long it typically takes for new HUD counselors to get access or if there is something that is stalling her request? Any further insight or information you can provide on this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Good morning, My name is Elliott Miller. I recently left a job a few months ago to start another job which is 100% commission based. I had money saved in the bank, but its depleted. I am now two months behind on my mortgage for my home. I have been in talks with a staffing agency. The are trying to find me a position. Also, I reached out to my mortgage company Rocket Mortgage to speak with them about my hardship. The approved me for a Standalone Partial Claim trial plan, but I'm still unsure I will have the amount they want by March 01, 2022.
