I have submitted my request for accommodations for Read the exam aloud and additional time but I did not get notification that is was received. I have been trying for over a week to get my housing counselor exam scheduled. I am currently taking a HUD boot camp class, which will end on February 14, 2025. I would like to take my HUD housing counselor test either the next day or as soon as possible the following week. I added additional dates if needed.

You will receive a cancellation email and a new confirmation email. Because the extended time version includes an extra hour, we cannot guarantee the date and time will match your original registration. I have not receive any email to an extended time for my exam. I am not receiving the verification codes required to login to my account, so I am unable to register for the HECM exam. Our agency recently changed phone systems and no longer have text capability from our work phones.
