Hi good morning my name is Karen Vasaura. I'm just reaching out. I did some submit a ticket but it is urgent. So I'm trying to log into my hub housing counselor account and it's given me an error. It's saying contact support to reset your access. I had a test scheduled for 8:45 AM so I'm just afraid that I won't be able to reschedule or just get a refund. I was on time but unfortunately it's not.

What’s the next steps after passing exam? I’ve been trying to transfer my results. My old login wasn’t working, so I created a new login and it doesn’t recognize me. How can I resolve this matter?

Ticket from Leeza Tamashiro - Kryterion/Webassessor

I have registered and paid for a HUD exam and was supposed to be scheduled for Wednesday February 12th at 2pm Pacific/Honolulu time. Now it is no longer showing on my account that I am registered for any exam nor is it showing my past attempts. I have paid for a third attempt and do not want to have to pay again for something that has already been paid for. My HUD account is also not showing me my practice exam attempts. Please advise on how to proceed.
