I am not receiving the verification codes required to login to my account, so I am unable to register for the HECM exam. Our agency recently changed phone systems and no longer have text capability from our work phones. If the number the verifications are going to is 435-799-8116, can you please change it to 435-512-4002? I do not see any way for me to change or update without logging in, which I am unable to do since I can't access my account. Thank you.

Hello, I just had a question about preparing my laptop for my upcoming exam. I've down the biometric step and took a picture of myself, when I go install the new secure browser in order to launch your online proctored exam, it will download but prompt me to re-download it when I reload the page. I was wondering if there is anything else I should be doing to prepare my laptop?
