I was approved for a loan modification by my mortgage company on 01/24/25 then on 01/28/25 they said they pulled back the modification because they had not pulled title. My authenticator login for my HUD account was deleted by IT because we got everything put onto our personal phones. I do not know how to re-add this onto my Microsoft authentication app. I need a QR code to add it or the information to add it. I have tried to read through your manual and troubleshoot this on my own, but I had no luck. I would like to access this account to still use the training modulus as I am still a new HUD Housing Counselor and would like to refresh my memory on topics.
