On October 8, 2024 I needed to reschedule the HUD exam for one of my staff, Amanda Bedgood, because it was less than 24 hour until exam time we had to pay an $85 fee. I am trying to find a receipt for that payment. It does not show up under the other exam attempts.

Hello. Just some feedback on the pdf print outs for modules, there are some pages that are illegible. For example, in Module 2.1, page 35 has a great resource for housing affordability formulas, but it's very hard to read. Is there another option to get a clearer document? I noticed there are several documents along the way like this as well.

I paid for, took, and passed the HECM Certification Exam. I've been a counselor for three years, so this is the re-certification (if that's the right word) exam. I did not get any certificate or other proof that I passed the test aside from an email. I don't know what to do now.
