I tried to access the practice exam and got this message: You have already completed this assessment the number of times allowed. I have never tried to take the exam before this morning so I could not have exceeded the number of times allowed.

Caller wants a receipt for her housing counselor test fee. Caller indicates she got a receipt the first time but did not get one the second time.

I am writing to follow up on my previous email regarding the technical issues I am experiencing with my HUD exam. I have not yet heard back, and my reference number is 07189569.

I am still unable to launch the exam because I keep receiving a message that my internet connection is not strong enough, even though I have full bars. I have tried taking the exam at both home and work with the same result.

Goes to an untitled page once I click launch

Having trouble logging into my account, even after I changed the password i still could not log in. Now I'm getting a message saying the following "Contact support to reset your access". If I could get some assistance with this I would greatly appreciate it, I am in the process of studying for the HUD exam.
