Not receiving certificates for completed modules nor does it show modules as completed

I've tried to reset my password. It asks for a verification code, but when I check my email for such a code, I don't receive anything. I have left a message. Please advise. Much Appreciated.

Hello, I recently took the certification exam and failed, in the email concerning my score it states, "An email will be sent to you to provide feedback with recommendations for further study by topic." I have yet to receive this email and value the feedback that would be provided. Please let me know when I will receive this. Thank you

I received a couple of my hud certificates in 2020 in certain categories and I have misplaced them. I’m wondering if I can get a copy or verification that I received them.

I am trying to schedule to take the HUD Test and need assistance. I would like to take it online. I have already downloaded the software and watched the video of all the requirements prior to taking the exam. My employer will be paying the $60 for me.
