I am down to my 6 account log ins because 2 fa is not available right now, can you please reset back to 20 because I am going to test?

only have 7 log in attempts left, and i am retesting on Friday. Can you please reset amount of log ins allowed? TFA does not work so i cannot set it up. Thank you

Hello my exam was ended prematurely. I was on question 8 I believe when this happened . I received a message asking to keep my eyes focused on the exam, however, I never looked away from my computer. I did explain each time I strolled the page I would look slightly to the right to ensure my cursor was on the stroll bar. I explained I was testing at a table, I was asked to show table testing area by removing my camera I do not have a detachable camera but I was able to pick up my laptop and to try and show testing area.

Hi, I am very excited about taking my exam to be a HUD certified counselor. Thank you for having the option on being able to test virtually, that is what I chose. However, the set up and trying to work with Kryterion has been one-sided. I made my exam date on a Tuesday so that I could set up my Mac computer for the test I tried to do this on my own and was not successful so I reached out to them a few times with no response back. Their chat is just AI sending their article links that's what on their instructions so that is redundunt no help.
