I am unable to see all of my one line modules I have completed, I cannot see my Knowledge Assessment results and I do not have the Training Center Tab. I am also unable to create a 2 step authentication code.

Having issues logging in. I can't locate my 6 digit authentication code.

I rescheduled yesterday when the program was having issues for today at 9:30. Then they automatically rescheduled it, which i didn't know, for yesterday at a different time. I need to reschedule my test for today. This is the second time something like this has happened

Unable to set up two-factor authentication with my account. Also when I am logged in there is no record of the modules I have completed or the knowledge assessment.

I have previously completed several of the trainings and was able to see my progress at one point. But now when I log in it doesn't show my updated progress. It shows as if I haven't completed anything. Could you please help me troubleshoot this?
