I am not receiving an option to register for MFA. I only have a few login attempts left before my account is locked out. The hyperlink to register for MFA takes me to the main registration page when pressed.

I have been locked out of my account but when I use the password received in the email from forgot password. The system does not allow me to sign in again using The New Password. How will I ever be able to change my actual password, so I don't have to click on I forgot my password. Please advise.
