Good Morning, I continue to experience technical problems with the login process. When I log in with my email address and use the password sent from HUD I receive and error message for incorrect password. I try to change password but do not receive the new email to do so. Is there a way that I can login an create a permanent password. I'm working on the study information for the Home Couseling Test.

Hello every time I visit the training modules I see a red box appear asking me to set up two step verification. It shows how many attempts I have left before being locked out (currently have 11 attempts left). When I click the link to go ahead and set up my two step verification it sends me to my account page but there is no option to set up the two step verification. It only has the option to reset my password under update profile. Can you please direct me in the right direction?

I keep getting an alert that I need the two factor authentication and only I have a certain amout of time to get into my account or I won't be able to log in. I am not at six. When I hit the link in that message, it closes that window and nothing happend. It is not giving me any type of instructions to proceed. I can't use the Google authenticator without the necessary information. Thank you
