I am still having trouble with this site. When I log in I get kicked out. This happens every time i try to log in. What am I doing wrong. My 2 step authenticator is up and registered. i don't understand why I am getting kicked out every time I try to sign in.

I was supposed to have my exam at 9:00am this morning but our company was experiencing network issues. We had no internet at the time and I was not able to reach out to anyone to see about rescheduling. I would like to reschedule my appointment and hope there is no additional cost.
