I need a reset to obtain a QR code to install the authenticator factor on Google Authenticator factor.

Hi. I passed my Exam on September 7, 2024 and I am trying to register on FHA Connection, however I need my Counselor's ID number and I can't locate it on HUD counselors website. Please provide that ID

Do the training materials on the HUD website have an audio file for the content so that it is accessible? I have not been able to find one within the modules. If not, shouldn't HUD, as a government agency who preaches anti-discrimination in housing, be leading the way in accessibility to help diverse learners participate in these programs? RE: HUD housing counseling certification study materials.

Why does it still show that have an exam ready to launch, I took and passed the HECM exam last year 9/8/23. I was just checking as I will need to add CE credits for next year (2025) and plan to update on the system.

Hello, I did successfully create an account using my laptop but I cannot access it anymore. When I tried to log in on my phone, I got a message that said to contact support. Now I can't log in using my laptop either. Please help.

The issue of me not being able to login has NOT been resolved. I have put in a ticket last week. additionally, I requested to reschedule my exam date for Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 2:00pm, Los Angeles, California time. I don't understand why I can't receive a phone call as this has been a reoccurring problem. I really need to get this resolved.

I have taken this exam three times, and today is my third time. I have been studying very hard for this exam. I was told I should have received an email with my results. Can I get a copy of my results for today so I can know what I need to do to prepare?
