Every time I try to login, the system does not recognize my password. This happened several times when I know, the password entered was correct and now locked me out completely:(

I am trying to login to my account that was created to schedule for my exam. It did not recognize my password. So I put forgot password and it is now stating access denied and to contact support. Please help
