I am unable to log in to my account. It states I need to contact support to reset my access.

Hello I am having issues wit ha question that was on the exam . The question is A potential homebuyer with minimal savings for a down payment and a low credit score is most likely to qualify for which mortgage? The two answers I am seeing are conflicting one answer is FHA the other is USDA? I see in various forums I have looked under about the test this is a question a lot of us are running into this same issue with the answer . Can someone clarify as the correct answer is very important to us. One of my study guides say USDA while one says the answer is FHA?

I was scheduled to take my exam today at 9am. I could not access my account. I used the reset password button; it sent me the email. I followed the link, entered the captcha and it brought me back to the home back with no login change. I repeated this step 4 times and it kept bringing me back to the website home page. I called and the help desk VM box was "unavailable" according to the recording. Can someone please assist me with my account and also help me reschedule my exam free of charge considering I could not get immediate assistance? 585-435-7020 Thank you

Hello, I reset my password and upon log-in I was not given the opportunity to set up authentication, I was told to contact your office again. It appears that I am doing something wrong, I am following your instructions but they are not working for me. I will call tomorrow and maybe I can get someone on the phone to assist me. Best,
