I am locked out of my account for some reason. i need to schedule the exam

I cannot get into my account again. I wrote down the verification code 236168, but the message says it's incorrect. This is incredibly frustrating. I'm trying to sign in so that I can take the HUD certification exam in 2 weeks. Thank you for your help.

I am unable to sign in to my account. When I login message says, "Access Denied" contact support to reset my account. How can I reset to have access to training.

I am trying to reset my password since I just register but it will not allow me to do so. I created an account with a username lmclore88, but it will not let me create a password.
