I am unable to log-on and Forgot Password doesn't work. This is my second request: the support I received previously didn't help me to log-on. I need to log-on to reschedule my exam date of 9/30/2024 to a test date in October. Please reset it ASAP so that I'm able to log-on and reschedule exam date.

I have taken the exam 4 times now. Material for the exam promises an email following failure to pass the exam. The email provides you with guidance on the area to study and next steps, among other things. I've been told that is issue is known, and I was thanked for my patience. If individual information isn't being automatically sent out to exam takers, could that information be requested individually? I'm all for studying, but $60/$100 a pop is expensive when you have been trying to absorb all the information. It may not help me, but I have raised this issue with my state representatives.
