I can no longer access my account. I tried to reset the password, but received a message that I am to contact support to regain access to my account. I will need access to my receipt for billing purposes.

Hello I wanted to send some possible feedback. I wanted to know if the tests can be the same I studied so hard for this exam and and I think I over studied and I did not pass this is very frustrating to many people I have spoken to I think having the same exam will make odds of passing very high and this will make it more accessible for HUD counselors in various underserved areas . And also can I add that when you send the results if we fail can you lists the questions we missed instead of the areas so we will study the question more especially areas we did not see when we studied .

I have been having trouble with this website for hours. I was able to get logged on but I could not set-up two factor authentication. I need to be able to access mt account from a personal computer but once again, I am locked.

I do not understand why my account has been denied access. I set up the authenticator as requested. I also tried to register again with a new email but wish i had not done that because i do not have another device to do the authenticator with. I only have my personal phone and work computer. I will need to register for test within next week or so so will need to access somehow. Please disregard the 2nd attempt at registration. I still want to use my work email (ghall@peopleinc.net) as my username.
