Ticket from Raul Cardenas - Certification Exam

Completed my Exam test today September 19th at 1:30pm pst time. I have not received an email with the exam details as I was informed via email. Support replied supplying the email will be resent. However I still did not receive an email. I checked my junk and spam folder with no request. On September 23rd at 11:30 am pst time I completed my second exam test. I also never received an email with the test results. I just called support and left a voicemail. Please advise. My email is rcardenas@takechargeamerica.org.

Hello, I tried sending the following update via email: Attached is my confirmation email from 8/23/24 with price and grand total omitted (See bottom of page 2 and top of page 3). I attempted the second option as well but nowhere is there a ‘Receipts’ option in the blue header (please see attached screenshot). Please advise of another option.
