How can I access my application verification code ?

I recently took the HECM exam on Saturday, September 14th. I never received an email with my results and/or what topics needed more focus/study time.

The site is asking for a two-step authentication. I've already had this issue in the past. I thought the issue was fixed but it's doing the same thing again. I take my exam in about two weeks and do not have access to my account. Please help!
