I have already paid for my HUD counselor exam, I failed the exam and I want to retake the exam. It's free to retake Exam, when I attempted to register for the exam I was asked to pay for the exam again.

I haven't recieved an email with any details on the results of my exam. I was told I would. I also don't understand how the scoring works and it would be helpful to find an explanation.

I cannot log in and schedule my exam; it asks for a code that does not arrive by phone or email.

It is not giving me the 2 step authenticator code and allowing me access to register for the exam.

I have downloaded the secure browser however; when I select the program it says to open in a secured browser from a link. Is the link provided at the time of the exam or is there a way to test the software prior to the date of the exam?

Need technical assistance. I need help logging in to my study page. The system is asking for the 6 digit code to the 2 step verification and I have not received it in my email or as a text message.

I did not receive an email after the exam stating what areas I did well on and what areas on the exam I need to look at more.
