Hi. I took the HUD Housing Counselor Exam on Saturday, September 7th and I didn't receive an email with my results. Please let me know how to get that information.

I have paid to take the HUD Housing Counselor exam twice. Both times I have not been able to access the test. Today I began the login process 45 minutes before the test and still could not get through. I tried twice with Kryterion support and after identifying me both times they sent me to HUD HOUSING SUPPORT. I tried the phone # 210-489-1461 but only recieved voice mail. I was able to get 2 password re-sets but both times the link would not allow me to log in. My phone # should you want to call is 386-627-3182. Thank you.

I cannot get any assistance from Kryterion to access the test for HUD Housing Counselor. I have taken the course and would like to get the certification. I have been trying for quite a while now.

I am trying to log into my account that shows my previous attempts on the hud exam but can not log in . I have changed my password to see if that would work but does not.

Testing center cancelled my exam today. I live nearly an hour away from the testing center in Fort Myers. The testing center is at Florida Gulf Coast University, address 16301 Innovation Lane.
