I cannot access my account. The two-factor authentication is not sending a code to the email address I have on file (sid@emergingfinancials.com). It is preventing me from logging in

Loggin in it keeps asking for second authentication and keeps logging me off and not giving me a QR code to get code every single time. How Can I avoid this and how can I login with no problem?
