Good Day, I'm unable to sign up for FHA Connection as they error message continues to tell me that my personal information (name and ssn) is invalid. However, since the HUD site has been updated, I'm unable to verify what information is in the system. Can you please provide support as we have been trying to complete this process since July 11th. Can you please tell me how to access my score for the HECM test I took yesterday? I know that I did not pass, but I would like to know the score and how far off I was.

Could you please send me my score from the HECM test I took on August 16, 2024. I need to compare that score with my most recent score. Thank you

I cannot login to my account due to an error message stating that my account has to be reset. I've tried to reset it and it's not working.
