I took and passed my HECM exam on 8/21/21, and it still has not showed up in hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov, so it is not giving me the option to send my results to FHA Connection. I really need this done, ASAP, as I have to have my passing exam results in FHA Connection by 8/25/24. Can you check with WebAssessor, and see why they haven't gotten the information to you? I need this done today!

I still cannot log on to my account. When I put in my name and password it asks for a six-digit verification number, but I don't know where to find the verificaiton number.
