I cannot sign into my account. I am trying to register for my exam.

I have submitted my exam results to receive my HUD certification, but I think there is an issue with receiving emails from HUD, I originally set up my account with the email vcuthrell@lacca.org and my company switched to vcuthrell@wocap.org, ever since I updated the email in my account, I have not been receiving emails. I have no contact about getting my Housing Counselor Certificate.
