I cannot access my most recent Results Summary for the practice exam.

I was unable to log into my account on the day of my exam about two weeks ago. Im scheduled to take an exam this Saturday and I want to avoid that issue. I set up two factor authorization. Is there anything else that I need to do to make sure I can log into my account on the day of my exam?

Passed HUD Housing Counselor Exam 6/27/24 - PA63610299, transferred to FHAC 6/27/24, received email stating successful transfer to FHAC with Counselor Exam ID however, I am unable to login. Please advise.
